For the past 7 years, The KKAC Organization has conducted outreach across the Southeast portion of the country, educating farmers and landowners in need on helpful resources available to them through the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
The film, executive produced by Al Roker, documents the causes, effects, and solutions to the issue of dwindling ownership of farmland by African Americans. The film screening will take place at 4:45 p.m. at the S.J. Parker 1890 Extension Complex auditorium, located at 2300 L.A. “Prexy” Davis Drive. The public is invited to attend and view this important film.
